Ken Lovern is a composer and jazz organist from the Kansas City area.
Ken currently plays jazz organ with his group OJT at Green Lady Lounge four nights a week. Ken’s jazz compositions can be heard on numerous OJT releases. Ken has also been working on Blind Boone the Musical for the last several years and this recording will be released in 2026.

OJT is Kansas City bred, funky organ jazz group. While on the site, please listen to music, buy vinyl and CDs, or just learn a little about our brand of organ jazz. OJT performs funky instrumental organ jazz at Kansas City's Green Lady Lounge at 1809 Grand every Wednesday through Saturday from 6 to 10 pm throughout 2026. We play all original compositions at Green Lady Lounge, every set, all the time.
